Contract Pageant Parties In signing this contract I agree to pay (amount)________________________  for a Pageant Party on (date) ___________ from (time)_________________. I will have  ( # of people at party) _________________________. An adult will be present at the party the entire time. I agree to pay for any damages to Pageant Party items ( fashion,& evening wardrobe, tiaras,&      sashes). I am enclosing a $25.00 deposit.  Cancellations must be given 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.
